Changes: Beta-Testers

They are the ones that Umitweak officially recognize as its beta-testers, their names will appear in every project the group makes and will be labeled as "Umitweak-testers"

Conditions for becoming a Official Beta tester:

be a regular member (1 month and half)
come on a daily basis to the wiki
Do the beta-testing work.
